Adam J. Demaral, CPA, MST Vice President, Manager    Adam has been a long time employee of Betro and Company, PC with over ten years of comprehensive accounting experience in servicing a diverse client base. He specializes in all tax matters affecting closely-held, privately-owned businesses and their owners.  He is very involved in the planning and implementation of various accounting and tax initiatives for the firm’s clients. His thorough understanding of the accounting function and adeptness in various accounting software programs enables him to provide prompt and proficient client service. He is a member of the AICPA and MSCPA. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Taxation from Suffolk University.  Adam is the proud father of four, and together with his wife, enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Cynthia E. Sullivan, CPA, CVA Senior Accountant, Business Valuation Analyst Cindy has been with Betro and Company since 2001.  She has a BA from Fairfield University and has been certified as a public accountant for eight years.  She recently received her certification as a valuation analyst.  She is involved in all aspects of the firm: accounting, tax and valuation.  She is a member of the AICPA, Mass Society of CPAs and NACVA.  In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
Michael A. Clements, CPA Senior Accountant Michael joined Betro and Company PC in late 2007, bringing more than twelve years of experience in the accounting and tax areas. Michael enjoys working closely with individual and business clients to help them achieve their personal and business goals and appreciates the trust his clients place with him. Michael is a member of the AICPA and the MSCPA. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Bryant University, where he is currently enrolled in the Masters in Taxation program with an expected graduation date of May 2008. An avid Patriots fan, Michael can be found at Gillette Stadium on game days where he works as a statistician for various media outlets. With his wife, Lisa and their three children, Michael makes his home in Whitinsville, MA where he volunteers his time as a youth soccer and baseball coach.
Diane M. Barry Senior Accountant, Administrative Manager Diane has worked for Betro and Company since 1994 as a tax accountant. Prior to joining the firm, she worked nine years as a tax preparer for a large tax practice. She holds a B.S. degree from Salem State College and has furthered her career knowledge with accounting and tax courses at Bentley College. Diane works closely with many of our small businesses and individuals providing accounting, planning and tax compliance services. In addition, she manages the firm's administrative department and serves as the liaison between them and the accounting staff to ensure a seamless operation. She also serves as a Notary Public for the Company. Diane feels most pleased when her efforts translate into satisfied clients.  She lives with her husband in Mansfield, MA and has three grown children. She enjoys skiing in winter and relaxing at the beach in summer.
Donald J. Cole, CPA Senior Accountant Don has been in public accounting close to 40 years. His accounting experience includes auditing, reviews, compilations and taxes. Since he came to Betro and Company he has managed our clients as if they were his own, handling all of their business, personal and tax issues. Don received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College. He is a member of the AICPA and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Don enjoys his family, golf and working on his classic auto.
Anne M. Modica Payroll Specialist Anne has worked for Betro and Company for over 15 years. She is primarily responsible for administering all payroll functions associated with the payroll clients. She handles client inquiries regarding payroll processing and oversees all tax-related payroll issues. Anne enjoys the client contact and feels rewarded in the knowledge that she is a vital part of a professional, vibrant team at Betro and Company. Prior to joining Betro and Company, Anne worked as an Office Manager for 16 years in the manufacturing industry. This experience has contributed to her assistance in many of the Company's other areas. Anne lives with her husband in Canton, MA and enjoys reading in her spare time.
Nicole C. Vayo Administrative Assistant Nicole joined Betro and Company, P.C. in 2007.  She holds a B.S. degree from Bridgewater State College, and previously worked in the fields of Finance and Workers Compensation.  Nicole is involved in administrative and payroll functions, and also serves as a Notary Public.  She greatly enjoys working with people and would like to continue her education in the field of taxation and accounting.  Nicole lives in Bridgewater with her boyfriend, and in her spare time enjoys reading and being outdoors.
