Felix Betro is a highly accomplished estate Certified Public Accountant, estate planning attorney, and business valuation analyst. As President, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations to ensure your experience as a client is successful and your needs are properly met. With more than 30 years of professional experience serving the needs of individuals, families and business owners, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that you can rely on to meet your legal, accounting, investment, and estate planning goals.

Felix is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Southern New England School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is the principal of The Law Offices of Felix S. Betro and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Other memberships include the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Felix has served as Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

In his spare time, Felix enjoys music, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife, Patty, and three children.

Vice President

Gary, a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is the Vice President of Betro and Company, PC. He has been in the accounting profession for over three decades, both on the public accounting side as well as on the industry side, having served as a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for two companies which specialize in advertising and market research. He has also been an Adjunct Lecturer at Bentley University and an Adjunct Instructor at Stonehill College, where he developed a course in International Accounting. In addition, he has edited two textbooks for McGraw-Hill.

He received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. Gary is Accredited in Business Valuation and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He enjoys problem-solving for both businesses as well as individuals, and is equally happy as a mentor in the development of the accounting staff at the firm.

Gary lives with his wife, June, in Sharon, MA and has one grown daughter, Rachel. In his spare time, he is an active member of the Sharon Community Chorus and enjoys performing winter holiday concerts at various elderly facilities as well as a public Pops concert in the spring. He is a past Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Audit Committee Chairman and Budget Committee member of Temple Israel in Sharon.
